Why hasn't my package arrived yet?

Most international orders are received within 30-60 days or so, but sometimes a shipment can take much longer to arrive due to local customs, post office or international duties offices, all of which are out of our control once the package is en route to you. We'd recommend checking in with your local post office to see if the package is held up there for any reason as well. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will receive a refund notification and you will need to place a new order.
